Delivery Information

• Our 2 man delivery team will unpack your new furniture and place it in a room of your choice.

• In addition our delivery team will remove and dispose of all unwanted packaging material at no additional cost.

• Majority of deliveries are delivered by our own Whitby Oliver delivery vehicles

.

• Orders where products total less than £499 will incur a delivery charge of £40.

 We deliver to the whole of Europe.  Please contact our delivery team by telephone on 01904 631111 should you wish to place an order to a location not on mainland UK or if you have any questions relating to deliveries in general.

• We reserve the right to make additional delivery charges inside ‘congestion zones’ and North of the M8 ‘corridor’.

• Goods delivered by Whitby Oliver or by a third party contracted to undertake delivery on our behalf to you are delivered to the room of your choice.

• If any damage to fixtures and fittings i.e. décor, plasterwork, lamps, tables etc, the customer undertakes not to hold Whitby Oliver or Sub-contractor responsible for any such damage should it occur. Such an action is undertaken solely on the individual customers own responsibility.

• We cannot remove old beds or mattresses to conform with Health and Safety regulations, for our personnel and Trading Standards contamination guidelines of the use of the delivery vehicle.
